By using this site, or by sending/delivering your passport(s), application(s), and other document(s) to Eurofly Tours and Tourism Consultancy, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with our policies.
If you do not agree with these terms or are dissatisfied with the site, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page. Failure to comply may result in legal action or restriction of access. Eurofly Tours and Tourism Consultancy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Refund Policy
- Cancellation: If a client wishes to cancel the service, they may apply for a refund. However, if your passport and supporting documents have already been received by Eurofly Tours and Tourism Consultancy, no refund will be provided.
- Admin Charges: If we have already shared requirements, application forms, or explained procedures at the time of cancellation, an admin charge of 50% of the service fee will be retained.
- Banking Fees: Upon refunding any credit card payment, we reserve the right to deduct all bank and handling charges incurred.
- Time Limits: We cannot process refunds for Credit Card payments over 3 months old. In such cases, a store credit may be issued for future applications with Eurofly Tours and Tourism Consultancy.
Processing Time
- Estimates: Processing times are approximate and based on Consulate standards under normal circumstances.
- Calculation: Time starts the next business day after documents are delivered to Eurofly Tours and Tourism Consultancy.
- Delays/Denials: Consulates may request additional documents or deny applications at their discretion. We are not responsible for financial losses, cancellations, or delays caused by embassy decisions. No fees (service, embassy, or courier) are refundable in these cases.
Fees and Payments
- Billing: Your credit card will be billed immediately upon online verification.
- Total Costs: You agree to pay all fees, applicable taxes, and shipping charges for services provided by Eurofly Tours and Tourism Consultancy.
- Changes: Requirements and fees (including consular fees and required documentation) are subject to change without notice
Service Description
Eurofly Tours and Tourism Consultancy strives for total accuracy; however, we do not warrant that all descriptions are current, complete, or error-free. Consulates often change requirements instantly. You agree to hold Eurofly Tours and Tourism Consultancy harmless for any inaccuracies regarding service descriptions, prices, or processing dates found on our website.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline processing any documents for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Incomplete documentation.
- Insufficient processing time.
- Unusual circumstances or security concerns.
Sanctioned Countries (Compliance)
In compliance with international banking laws and regional regulations, Eurofly Tours and Tourism Consultancy cannot provide services related to OFAC sanctioned countries, including but not limited to: Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.
